Your use of our webshop constitutes a binding agreement between yourself and Villa Luisa Records to purchase one or more of our products.

Legislation
This agreement is regulated by Danish legislation, or by the legislation of your country of residence should it offer a superior degree of consumer protection.

Right of Withdrawal
In principle, your agreement to purchase a prouct from us is binding on both parties once the payment has been transferred. However, should you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible at info@villaluisarecords.com. If your purchase has not yet shipped, we will be happy to cancel the purchase and refund the full price and all Shipping & Handling costs to you. We usually ship products within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. If your purchase has been shipped, you still have a 14-day Right of Return as outlined in the section immediately below.

Right of Return
Villa Luisa Records offer a 14-day right of return on all CDs. If you wish to make use of this right, please return the CD to the post address mentioned at the bottom of this document within 14 days of delivery. Please include your name, address and prefereably your email address with the CD. It would be helpful if you would also notify us of the return at info@villaluisarecords.com, but this is not required to make use of the right of return. We will refund the full price of the CD and Shipping & Handling costs to you within 30 days of receiving it back. You are responsible for any postage necessary to return the CD, however.

Right of Complaint
We offer a two-year right of complaint under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right of complaint gives you the right to file a complaint with us concerning a defect in your product for up to two years after delivery. Generally, the right of complaint in practice gives you the right to return the damaged product to us at our expense and receive a replacement. Only defects present at the time of delivery are covered by this right.
